The Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations is a new high-impact role reporting to Eventbrite’s Chief Financial Officer. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for the CFO, leading initiatives across Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy. Working with the CFO, this position will engage with the executive leadership team, investors and equity research analysts.

As a Head of Capital Markets, you will lead Kueski’s fundraising strategy across debt and equity while overseeing treasury operations in LATAM, partner with the CFO to define long-term capital strategy and secure funding that aligns with growth objectives, and own the full capital-raising lifecycle, from structuring and negotiation to covenant management and investor relations.
